Hutton
Moyer
Develop hitting, defense, pitching, and throwing skills. Hutton Moyer’s baseball experience began 20 years ago, and he has been fortunate to receive an abundance of influence, not only as a player, but also growing up in a Major League clubhouse watching his father play for 26 years.
Hutton offers his trainees lessons that work not only on physical strength, but on mental preparedness, goal setting, and cultivating the right attitude. Additionally, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge about teaching perspective, the importance of diet, sleep, recovery, and home exercises for arm maintenance, core, flexibility, and stability.
Heavy weights and extensive workouts that can put young and growing bodies and careers in jeopardy are not part of the curriculum. This training philosophy is especially important with multi-sport athletes. Hutton also believes in emphasizing the use of video so players can review demonstrations of “big leaguer” hitting, pitching/throwing, and fielding to get the most out of their time with him.
