Chris has a lifelong passion for fitness, with a background in sports including basketball, track & field, swimming, boxing, and competitive bodybuilding. This drive led him to pursue a career as a Fitness Specialist and Life Coach.

A graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, Chris is certified in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement through NASM, and specializes in functional strength and sports performance training.

Hutton brings 20 years of baseball experience and the unique perspective of growing up in a Major League clubhouse alongside his father’s 26-year career. He focuses on developing hitting, defense, pitching, and throwing—while also teaching mental toughness, goal setting, and a winning mindset.

His approach emphasizes smart training over heavy lifting, especially for multi-sport athletes. Hutton incorporates video analysis and promotes healthy habits like proper nutrition, recovery, and arm care to help athletes perform and grow safely.

Lauren Levy, CPT, XPS is a high-performance coach who trains youth, elite athletes, and everyday clients with the mindset that everyone is an athlete. “Whether you’re landing on one leg to hit a tennis ball or to keep from falling — it’s the same quality we’re training,” she says.

Lauren takes a technical, educational approach, helping clients understand the purpose behind each movement. Her coaching goes beyond strength and athleticism—it’s about empowering people to express those traits in all aspects of life.

Outside the gym, she enjoys running trails, chasing her puppy, lifting heavy, savoring good meals with loved ones, and following English Premier League soccer.
